Developing Effective Kingdom Leaders. An intermediate course focused on developing leadership qualities, spiritual maturity, responsibility, and effective service in the Kingdom.
"To train and raise men and women for exploits — Genesis 14:14"
The founding mandate of the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI).
The Leadership Certificate Course (LCC) is the second tier of training at the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI). It is designed to build upon the spiritual foundation established through the Basic Certificate Course and equip participants with a deeper understanding of Christian leadership, service, and responsibility.
The course focuses on developing the qualities, principles, and disciplines required for effective leadership in the Church, family, workplace, community, and other areas of influence. Participants are exposed to biblical principles that promote spiritual maturity, integrity, discipline, vision, responsibility, and effective service.
Through the LCC, participants are encouraged to discover and develop their God-given abilities and understand the responsibilities that come with leadership. The training is designed to prepare men and women to become effective kingdom builders and responsible leaders who can positively influence others.
The Leadership Certificate Course serves as the second level of WOFBI training, preparing participants for greater responsibility and further development through the Leadership Diploma Course (LDC).
The LCC continues the founding mandate of WOFBI: to train and raise men and women for exploits — Genesis 14:14.
